To Judge or Not to Judge, That is the Question – Sermon – December 16 2012
Christians are often accused of “judging” whenever they speak out against a sinful activity. Is that the meaning of the Scripture verses that state, “Do not judge” ? Is there a Righteous kind of judgment that we are supposed to exercise with careful discernment? In scripture Matthew 7:1 when we here someone say, “Judge not, that ye be not judged”, is this scripture taken out of context ever, and how is it correct? What areas should we withhold judgement on? What areas should we make judgments on?
