Adults? How are all electronics affecting Children, regarding, Cell Phones, Video Games and TV? Does the fact that the average child in this country spends One Full month (30 each 12 plus hour awake days, which means only 1 hour a day of watching TV equals One month), watching television and not doing anything else, have an affect on the development of that Child?
