Will You Stay Awake Till Jesus Comes? – Sermon – September 04 2016

09-04-16-a-couch-staying-awakeQuestions to think about before you hear the Sermon:

What does it mean to keep awake, not be found sleeping when He comes?  Do you have any Christian friends that seem to be falling asleep in their Faith?  Perhaps even slipping back in to a former Sin pattern because they perhaps have not been going to church, reading the Word, or spending Fellowship time with other Christians?  What are the three enemies, that we Christians are at war with?

Is God Still With Me Even In Bad Times ? – Sermon – February 23 2014

Is God Still With Me Even In Bad Times ? – Sermon – February 23 2014

Questions answered in the Sermon:

Have you ever felt that you are not sure that God is with you, even though you desperately need Him?  Have you ever asked the question, does God really exist?  What proof do with have, aside from “direct revelation” that we do have a God, the intelligent designer of life, that he does truly exist?  Is God always with me?  Us?

Can we be sure, that God is close to us, even in the terrible times?  Is God near to everyone on earth?  How do we get to be near to Him?  Who is God near to?  Can God ever depart/withdraw from a believer?

But what if I don’t feel Him, don’t see Him, been in affliction a long time, in great distress, and He has not come to save me – is He with me even then, Pastor?  Have I sinned in some way and He is far off?  Where do we look when all our senses fail us?

Why Does God Send Us and Not An Angel?

Why Does God Send Us and Not An Angel? – Sermon – October 06 2013

Are we called to go and make someone a disciple of Christ?  Or do you think God just sends others to do this?

Does God really mean Us, (You), when He says – Go, therefore and make disciples of all nations…?  And why then would God send us and not an angel?

Why would He choose to send feeble men and women to carry His mighty gospel to other people that they may be saved?  Why not send an angel to do so great a thing?  Does God call you?  And will you go when he sends you?  So, what did God do when many of the Great Saints in the Bible objected to going when God first called them?  What does God expect of you when you do go out to share the word?

Listen for these questions and answers about Why Does God Send Us and Not An Angel?, below in the 1-part Video ,  or the one-part MP3 Audio Sermon.

Scriptures below from the church bulletin used in the Sermon:
