Questions answered in the Sermon:
Think about this, No one, other than Christ, suffered so much as Paul in regards to beatings physically and attacks verbally, and yet, at the same time, no one rejoiced as much as Paul! Isn’t that Strange? – Wouldn’t you think, that the one who suffers the most is the one who is most defeated, and most sorrowful? The one who suffers the most is rejoicing the most? What secrets did he , Paul, have, to rejoice even in his afflictions? Do you think we can learn something from him?
Are you suffering today from something that has come into your life? Are you groaning, moaning, wincing, bewailing your fate? Are you prepared for the struggles, sufferings to come, whatever they may be – abuse/persecution for the gospel, loss of family, wealth, health, friends – as was the case with righteous Job? Do you see God’s great purpose in your afflictions? Do You believe God will rescue you from ALL your afflictions?

What proof do with have, aside from “direct revelation” that we do have a God, the intelligent designer of life, that he does truly exist? Is God always with me? Us?
Can we be sure, that God is close to us, even in the terrible times? Is God near to everyone on earth? How do we get to be near to Him? Who is God near to? Can God ever depart/withdraw from a believer?
But what if I don’t feel Him, don’t see Him, been in affliction a long time, in great distress, and He has not come to save me – is He with me even then, Pastor? Have I sinned in some way and He is far off? Where do we look when all our senses fail us?

What does God say to us about this inner voice that condemns us or commends us ? Where did you get it? Who gave it to you? What is it exactly? What is it’s purpose?
And can you trust it always to lead you in the right way? How do we know that the Conscience was very important to the Apostles? And how do we know this? Did they mention it in their letters?
If conscience is a compass or our inner voice inside, then why is the world not peachy-keen? Why is there so much evil? Why is it so wrong and full of pain and bad decisions? Can you always follow your conscience? If our conscience becomes weak, off, not right, what do we need to do to get back to a right conscience? How can you have a clear conscience that does not hound you anymore?
